AT3 Staffing is partnered with an industry leading manufacturer and assembler in the Ann Arbor Michigan area in search of a Sales and Operations Analyst to add to their team.
The Sales and Operations Analyst will work with the Operations Team to develop shipment, supply, and inventory plans for all product lines.  He/she will also be involved in the preparation of the final assembly schedule and ensuring necessary product mix is on hand for customer shipment. This position has frequent interaction with the internal sales organization.

·       Provide comprehensive information, analytics and visibility around Product Supply status to all cross functional stakeholders
·       Lead and create production plan for each planning cycle
·       Provide on target service levels by balancing supply and inventory levels for each part.
·       Planning, Sales, Order Management, Market Supply accountabilities
·       Accountable to run and insure integrity of Supply Consensus and supply reviews
·       Accountable for developing what-if supply scenarios and develop recommendations in response to actual or anticipated changes in demand or supply.
·       Accountable for developing what-if supply scenarios to continuously improve performance relating to both service levels and total costs thru continuous evaluation of supply, outsourced strategies, product strategies and the positioning of inventory across the network.
·       Monitor assigned SKU’s and determination of the correct materials planning parameters, with special focus on introduction of new product and phase out of product lines.
·       Bachelor’s degree in related field.
·         Three or more years of relevant supply chain, operations analysis and forecasting experience.
·       Experience in inventory planning and obsolescence management.
·       Demonstrated ability to lead decision-making process for cross-functional teams, and to exercise independent judgment on decisions involving business risk.
