AT3 Staffing is thrilled to partner with an international growing technology company, looking to add a Marketing Manager in the Denver Colorado area.  The primary objective of the Marketing Manager, will be to help grow the sales pipeline for North America and support sales in achieving deal closure. To achieve this, he/she will be responsible for delivering a multichannel market outreach plan for the region, incorporating creative and poignant communication approaches, to achieve maximum reach in the market and strong conversions. In addition, he/she will be working closely with the sales team on sales enablement initiatives and tools that will turn leads into new business. 

As a vital part of the global marketing team, the Marketing Manager will also work closely alongside his/her international counterpart, to help design and deliver global lead generation and marketing programs to hit global growth targets. Our client is also constantly developing their expertise and approaches as a marketing team, and the new Marketing Manager will be expected to play a vital role in future strategy.
Your overall responsibility will be to develop, own and implement an integrated, multichannel North American marketing plan aimed at driving brand awareness and new business growth.
·        Growing the marketing database and direct marketing opportunities 

·       Amplifying marketing programs through regional social media, PR, and digital advertising initiatives 
·       Work closely with the sales team to provide the tools, content and rapid response needed to develop prospect accounts and trigger pipeline movement 
·       Measure and report on the performance of your marketing activities and initiatives against business and marketing goals
·       You’ll budget for and track ongoing spend throughout the year to ensure you are making the maximum use of resources available 
·       Co-managing and developing your part-time assistant so they are delivering effective campaign and program execution, and helping you optimize performance 
·       From a global perspective, you’ll also help develop compelling sales enablement and thought-leadership content and outreach campaigns that differentiates our solution, promotes their value proposition and drives adoption. 
·       Play a valuable contribution in developing the global marketing strategy and plan including supporting key departmental initiatives driving overall optimization 

Role Requirements:

• Four+ years’ marketing communication experience, ideally within the B2B technology sector
 • Proven track record of working with sales teams to support business development/pipeline growth
 • A strong copywriter with a quick grasp of message requirements and the creative flair to bring this to life in an engaging and poignant way
 • Commercially astute and focused on achieving marketing ROI and business growth
 • Driven and self-directed – you know how to solve problems quickly and effectively
 • Engaging, with a sense of fun and a strong team ethic
