We are partnered with an industry leading consumer products corporation in north Dayton OH in search of a newly created Sales Management role.  The Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable revenue and market share growth of key accounts.  The ideal candidate will have experience in building strong relationships with strategic customers and identify needs and requirements to promote solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.  Our client offers a great working culture, strong leadership team and competitive compensation package to include a full comprehensive benefits package.
 
Responsibilities of Sales Manager:
·       Prepare customer presentations, pricing proposals/models and other sales tools
·       Identify, develop, manage, and maintain relationships with strategic channel partners to achieve assigned sales goals and growth targets.
·       Provide information regarding the sales forecast and lead generation pipeline.
·       Expand relationships with existing partners by uncovering expansion opportunities, developing and driving go-to-market strategies
·       Build and maintain relationships with major direct parts customers including independent service companies. 
·       Identify and track relevant metrics of success and periodically report to the executive leadership team on status.
·       Interact effectively with customers, clearly articulating the value proposition and providing solutions that improve outcomes for keeping equipment up and running.
 
 Requirements of Sales Manager:
·       Bachelor degree with relevant sales experience.
·       5+ years’ experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
·       Excellent organization skills
·       Excellent MS Office (Excel, MSQuery, Access, PowerPoint) capabilities required
·       Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
·       Strong negotiation skills
