Responsibilities of Corporate Account Manager:
·    Manage and oversee customer relationships, including proposals, installations, service needs, and engineering processes.
·    Communicate regularly with customers, internal staff including sales and engineering to ensure on-time deliveries and maintaining customer satisfaction.
·    Collaborate on production costs and product quality, and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operations.
·    Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of production units.
·    Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

 EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE for Corporate Account Manager: 
·       Bachelor's degree
·       Account Management experience in technical environment
·       Five years relevant experience in sales, sales engineering and/or project management
·       Expert and effective professional communicator with both internal and external customers
·       High sense of urgency
