Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a successful and strategic executive with private and/or public company CFO experience, or who has served as an accomplished finance leader, in a consumer or retail business of comparable scale and complexity. Given the current model and future growth plans, international experience is beneficial, as is knowledge and expertise working within a limited resource, leveraged environment.  In addition to being a strong finance executive, the CFO must be an energetic leader with a bias for action who enjoys driving ideas to execution with enthusiasm.
Prior experience working with private equity sponsors and/or M&A exposure is preferred, but not essential.  Experience managing broad functional mandates (e.g. IT, HR, Legal, Operations) and ERP implementations is advantageous.
All candidates will have an undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or other applicable curriculum.  Appropriate certifications, such as a CPA or CMA, combined with an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
