The Director of Operations will develop and manage operations of the business including cost, quality, and performance measures for the business as well as strategic initiatives. This leader must have a track record of success in driving results, building talent pipeline, and executing plans for growth.

• Drive successful metrics for safety, efficiency, quality, and delivery.
•Develop and lead results in safety, efficiency and quality to achieve annual business objectives.
• Create solutions by utilizing internal/external resources to solve equipment, tooling, facility and process problems.
•Establish a plan of cost savings, strategic sourcing results, and productivity improvements, which align with the division's growth initiatives.
•Experience with automated manufacturing processes.
•Responsible for preparation and management of the P&L
•Work with the engineering team, production team, financial team, and the supplier base to develop and implement initiatives to improve variable and direct margins of the product line.
•Must be extremely customer-focused and supportive
•Lead benchmarking activities to stay up to date on innovative manufacturing processes.
•Drive product sustainability results in engineering, cost reduction, product support, and warranty.
•Champion the hiring, people development, and long term resource planning necessary to ensure a stable pipeline of talent for future business needs.
•Coach and develop work teams to have positive and proactive attitudes, personal accountability, and superior quality.
•Provide leadership that will allow achievement of a flexible and fast responding workforce, in a fast paced, dynamic organizational environment.
•Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years related experience in manufacturing operations management is required.
